Our commitment to the business is demonstrated by having offices in Hong Kong and Singapore giving us full
regional coverage. Even at the end of 2008, at the height of credit crisis, we remained calm and re-evaluated and
strengthened our team, identifying key areas for business growth. We also made the key decision to raise our
standards. This was ambitious given we had already achieved a Top 5
