A British national, Jeremy has worked in Financial Markets Executive Search since 1990. Before coming to Asia in 1997, Jeremy was formerly a Main Board Director in the U.K., working for an Investment Banking executive search business specializing in Asia, Latin America and Emerging Europe.
Jeremy formed Webbe International in 1997 and with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore focuses on the Asia Pacific markets.
Jeremy has built one of the leading Executive Search businesses in Asia, and he is personally involved with many of the clients and remains very "hands-on". The approach is based on detail assessment of candidates and strategic understanding of the business.
As Chief Executive of Webbe International, Jeremy has built one of the recognized market leaders in investment banking/financial markets search for the Asia Pacific region. His many years of experience, and hundreds of executive placements have given him the insight to create a unique firm in the search industry, one which believes that an individual can still make a difference in Investment Banking today and one that also believes in integrity.

DAVID WEBBE

Ranked #2 on the AsiaMoney Investment Banking Headhunters Poll in 2006, David joined Webbe International's office in Singapore in July 2002 and immediately played a key role in the strategic development of the company as a period of expansion was initiated. He has responsibility for covering Investment Banking and Private Equity searches, where he deploys his strong knowledge of the market to win the confidence of clients and candidates alike. David has broad knowledge across the Asia region including spending significant time on the ground in China, Taiwan, Korea and all ASEAN countries. His assessment of what a Banker can deliver and understanding of the business is what sets him above the competition. David has 10 years senior management experience and joined Webbe International in a consultancy capacity in the United Kingdom in 2001, before moving out to the Singapore office.

Mabel Ho

Mabel Ho has in excess of five years’ experience in Executive Search and specializes on cash equities, equity derivatives, equity finance, electronic execution related positions and all fixed income sales.
She is highly client oriented, meticulous, has a very strong network including contacts outside Asia and is always committed to delivery.
Mabel is a Singaporean national and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from National University of Singapore.

Scott Taylor
Director, Global Markets, based in Hong Kong
Regional (FX, Rates, Credit, Commodities and Equities)
Scott is based in our Hong Kong office and has responsibility for coverage of searches within Global Markets for the Asia Pacific region. Specifically, he covers front office assignments with expertise across rates, fx, commodities, rates and credit for flow and structured products. Within the front office he has successfully closed senior level mandates across sales, trading, structuring as well as having built several teams. He also has responsibility for equities in key accounts.
Scott joined Webbe in January 2009, having previously worked for another international headhunting firm for over 3 years. He had joined this firm in their London office in 2005 before transferring to Hong Kong in October 2006. On leaving in late 2008, he held the position of Head of Asia. Scott is passionate about the business, very driven and strong on his assessment of candidate quality and suitability. He always brings an intelligent approach to delivering on mandates and holds utmost integrity with candidates and clients alike.
He holds a B.A Honours Degree from The University of Bristol in Cancer Biology and Immunology and his interests include rugby, scuba diving, hiking, wakeboarding and travelling.

Rahul Sen

Rahul joined Webbe International in October 2008 having had a successful career spanning 11 years of experience in the Banking and Wealth Management Industry in India. Prior to working with Webbe International Rahul was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in Mumbai where he managed India Onshore as well as Non Resident Indian High Net worth Relationships. Rahul has also worked with HSBC & Deutsche Bank in Wealth Management, ICICI Bank in Equity Sales and Citigroup in Custodial Services Operations.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a MBA from the University of Bombay. Rahul is married with a young daughter and has interests in reading light fiction, travelling, music, playing and watching cricket, soccer and spending time with his family.

Charles Crichton-Stuart
Director, based in Singapore
Commodities, Transaction Banking and Risk Management
Charles leads the Commodities practice at Webbe. His executive search experience encompasses working on assignments in the Commodities and Energy space for management roles and for the sale, structuring and trading of Energy (including Coal), Metals and Ores, Power (including Carbon) and Soft Commodities. Whilst a majority of the roles he is currently undertaking are based in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Australia and India, Charles has undertaken assignments in Europe and the US and continues to maintain his international contacts in this truly global market.
Additionally, Charles manages a team that covers related sectors including Structured Commodity Finance, Trade Finance, Project Finance, ECA Finance, Transportation Finance and Cash Management. He is also able to provide excellent coverage at the Risk Management space including Credit Market and Product Risk.
Charles began his career as an in-house lawyer with PowerGen Plc. He then moved into private practice and worked as an Energy Solicitor at both Hammonds and Hunton & Williams. In 2005 Charles switched into Executive Search, initially joining a financial services focused boutique in London. Before joining Webbe International in 2009, Charles worked for the global search firm Russell Reynolds, based in Singapore. He has conducted assignments throughout Europe and Asia across a number of market sectors. Charles received his LL.B (law), with honours, from the University of Kent, Canterbury and undertook his LPC at the College of Law, Guildford.
Charles is married and his interests include tennis, yoga, pranayama and wine.
